Stopped through Merredin on my way to Perth, popped into the grocery store and my car wasn't starting when I came back. Rang Merredin Carr Care and had someone jumping my car in no time, gave me and my sister a lift back up to the workshop and replaced our battery straight away. Amazing service, amazing prices and genuinely lovely people. Thanks so much guys!
Our vehicle overheated and broke down at BP.Called all the mechanics in Merredin and Merredin Carr Care were the only people willing to work back late and fix our Landcruiser.I honestly couldnt recommend a better team to look after your car.Greeted with a nice lovely smile from the receptionist and very well looked after by the mechanics.Stayed at the Merredin Caravan Park for the night and we were away in the morning to continue our adventure.Keep up the good work guys!!!
As with the lady below, myself and my wife also had a bad experience with Merredin Carr Care. They had our car for over 7 weeks, in that time told us that they will be replacing the engine. We called every day or two, only to get ''Gary is out of the workshop now, but he will give you a call when he gets back in'' - we only ever got one returned phone call. Upon picking up our car (finally) we were told that it had been taken on several test drives. When we went to leave, their were lights on the dash, no oil in the engine and no coolant in the radiator, so I am still unsure how he wouldve been able to take it for a test drive without these. He actually laughed when we questioned him about it.The car has never ran the same since.We are from a town near by and after speaking to a few people, have been too scared to post a bad review because of the treatment we would receive. There are quite a few people in Narembeen that have also had problems. I wouldnt recommend coming here, and I do tell people to stay away. Terrible service and a very unprofessional business.
Grey Nomands on the road.Gary attended to our, what we thought was an overheating wheel bearing issue promptly & after leaving the vehicle with him for 45 mins we rec'd a call to say van was ready to go. He'd checked both rear wheels & identified incorrectly fitted brake pad retainer springs, (done by an Adelaide mechanic)PROBLEM SOLVERED at a very reasonable cost...thank you Gary.
Car was overheating met Gary was a great guy and his staff are very helpful.he diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, just needs a new radiator cap. I fully recommend this business and thank them for helping me out with minimal fuss!! Great people I wish they were my local mechanic!
